So as we head into the Thanksgiving holiday in the next few weeks, ask yourself, "what am I thankful for?"
As I get more advanced in age (no, I am not getting old), I find myself being more aware that life provides so many wonderful moments. In my life in the last year these are some of the wonderful moments or areas in which I am truly thankful-
A first grandchild, I was physically able to run a half marathon and full marathon, my cholesterol levels have dropped, I can pay my bills, I have a loving spouse, four healthy children, my car is paid off (I call it a smart car because it's paid off), I am positive about my life, I help people improve their lives, and I feel comfortable being me. This is clearly not all I am thankful for....but starts the list.
I urge all of you to think about some of the parts of your life for which you are thankful. Being thankful helps people feel better, do more, and expand their possibilities.
What would happen to a person's life if they wrote down three things that happened today for which they were thankful it happened?............Lots!
